Anusara Yoga Instruction - One on one Book Now
Anusara Yoga is a Therapeutic Type of yoga, this would be a great choice for specific injuries like shoulder pain, neck pain, whiplash, pain really anywhere specific, low back, knees. What differentiates Anusara from other schools of yoga is a strong emphasis on principles of alignment. Our one-on-one sessions with Rachel are 50 minutes long, but can reach up to an hour. This style of yoga is that as individuals we acknowledge a bigger picture, a current of grace, and we place our efforts in a way to align with this current. We observe and honor patterns both in the natural world all around us and in our own nature. A home practice will be supported.

Introduction to Ayurveda with Rachel Bush Book Now
Ayurveda is an ancient system of healing aligned with the practices of yoga. It teaches us how to be in harmony with cycles of nature and the seasons through choices about our diet and lifestyle. In this talk we will discuss the 5 elements, the three doshas, what it means to be in and out of balance and how to restore balance when it is lost. Each person has a unique dosha, or combination of the elements. We will discuss how to know your dosha and how to make unique choices about your own health and well-being. Not everyone has the same needs when it comes to their health and so Ayurveda teaches us to honor ourselves as unique and sacred. **Class times tobe announced**
