About
Blending science, art, and compassion to create personalized wellness experiences that nurture both body and mind.

My approach to massage therapy and wellness is shaped by a blend of personal and observed experiences. As a former athlete navigating the physical demands and injuries that come with high-level performance, I learned the importance of self-care early on. The ups and downs of discouragement and frustration, even embarrassment when feeling less capable than I once was. In addition to my own experiences, I’ve witnessed the profound impact that chronic pain can have on an individual’s life moment to moment, as well as the emotional toll it can take on their loved ones. These insights fuel my belief that even brief moments of relief from chronic conditions provide essential space for a person to reconnect with themselves beyond their pain or the physical limitations of their body. These moments of respite can significantly improve one's quality of life and their outlook.

In a world that constantly demands so much from us, I take joy in offering a sanctuary where my clients can fully let their guard down. For a couple of hours, I provide a space where they don’t have to perform. It's a privilege to be a facilitator of a peaceful environment where people can focus on their own restoration.

With a background that combines both science and art, my studies in exercise science, anatomy, figure drawing, and medical illustration—I offer a uniquely holistic approach to bodywork. My goal is to create a space where relief can occur, restoring balance to both the body and the mind. My journey into massage therapy is rooted in a diverse educational background. I hold a BS degree in Applied Arts and Sciences, with concentrations in illustration, psychology, and exercise science. This unique blend of disciplines has shaped my understanding of the human form, both as an anatomical structure and as a canvas for healing.

As a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist, I combine my formal training in anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques with my artistic insight, offering treatments that are not only therapeutic but also mindful and creative. My education in medical illustration and figure drawing further enhances my ability to understand and respond to the body's subtleties, allowing me to tailor each session with precision and care. I continue to expand my knowledge, with plans to pursue further education, always striving to deepen my practice and the benefits I bring to my clients.
