About Alicia
Hello, my name is Alicia. I focus on pain-informed massage, stress relief, and nervous system support, helping clients find relief through calm, individualized care.
My perspective on massage therapy and wellness has been shaped by a blend of personal experiences, education, and a lifelong curiosity about the human body and mind. My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care that helps clients reduce pain, restore balance, and reconnect with their bodies.

My Approach
As a former athlete, I experienced firsthand the physical demands of training and the acute and chronic injuries that often accompany high-level performance. I learned early on the importance of self-care, along with the frustration, discouragement, and vulnerability that can come from feeling less capable than you once were.
In addition to my own experiences, I've witnessed the profound impact chronic pain can have on an individual's daily life, as well as the emotional toll it takes on them and the people who care about them. Those experiences shaped my belief that even brief moments of relief can create meaningful opportunities for someone to reconnect with the parts of life that chronic pain often takes away.
Every treatment is tailored to the individual. Whether the goal is reducing pain, restoring movement, managing stress, or simply taking time to care for yourself, I strive to provide a treatment that supports your unique needs.

A Place to Recharge
In a world that constantly demands so much from us, I take joy in offering a sanctuary where my clients can fully let their guard down. For a couple of hours, they don't have to perform.
It's my privilege to create a peaceful environment where people can focus on restoration, healing, and simply being present.
Education & Credentials
With a background that combines both science and art, my education has given me a unique perspective on bodywork.
My studies in exercise science, anatomy, illustration, and psychology have shaped the way I understand the human body- not only as an anatomical structure, but also as something deeply connected to movement, creativity, and overall well-being.
I continue to pursue additional education throughout my career so I can continually expand my knowledge and provide the highest quality care to my clients.

A Little About Me
Outside the treatment room, you'll usually find me exploring creative projects, whether that's drawing, composing music, cooking, practicing piano, or diving into a new subject just for the joy of learning.
Or, more simply, enjoying a quiet afternoon with my cats.
