Pre-service

• Hair must be at least 1/4 inch long

• Do not use any products containing retinol at least 48 hrs prior to appointment

 

Post-service

• Expect hair growth within 2-8 weeks and some temporary soreness

• Avoid friction, heat, and any activity that may cause sweating for at least 24 hours after appointment

• If using medications like Accutane or Retin-A, or any medication that impacts skin or bleeding, consult with us first

At-Home Maintenance

• Exfoliate gently and regularly to prevent ingrown hairs

• Moisturize

• Keep the area clean​

Gratuities are not included in the service pricing (except for Gifted Sessions + Luxe Sessions + Medical Massage Therapy Sessions), but they are always appreciated. A 20% gratuity is customary and a thoughtful way to thank your therapist for their care and expertise.
